Does Octopus work with Sales Navigator?

Absolutely. The software is 100% compatible with LinkedIn Free, Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite accounts.

Do I need to have a paid LinkedIn account to use Octopus?

No, it’s not needed. You can use the software on free LinkedIn accounts without a problem. However, it’s highly recommended to purchase a Sales Navigator to extend your reach on LinkedIn.

Is it safe to use Octopus?

Absolutely. The tool simulates your manual work by making random delays after each and every automated action, cannot be detected since it does not change the user interface of LinkedIn (like other tools on the market) and all public codes are hidden.

However, you have to keep an eye on how much you connect / message on LinkedIn. The excessive activity on LinkedIn can trigger the LinkedIn’s monitoring system and flag your account. Make sure your performance on LinkedIn is not excessive and the activity growth is gradual or use our “Activity Control” feature available in our Unlimited Plan.

Do you guys offer a free trial?

Can I use one Octopus license for managing multiple LinkedIn accounts?

Since each Octopus account is tied up to a separate LinkedIn account, there is a need to subscribe on each of your LinkedIn accounts separately.

How do I manage several LinkedIn accounts using your platform?-

If you would like to manage several LinkedIn accounts on a single device, you can just re-login the LinkedIn account in the same browser, and your Octopus account will be also updated.

Is it possible to connect with the free LinkedIn accounts? I noticed it says that it only connects with Premium LinkedIn users?

The software allows to send personalized connection requests to all types of LinkedIn accounts (free and premium), but if would like to focus on users with paid LinkedIn accounts, you will be able to remove all free profiles from the list by using the “PREMIUM” button.

How can I avoid sending the same message twice?

Octopus is programmed to skip those users who have been processed by the CRM (their names can be found in the history of processed users), therefore it won’t send a duplicate connection request/message and you must not worry about the repetition. Also, the tool can detect duplicated by the content of the message to make sure the same user won’t receive exactly the same message again.

What skills are selected? Can I endorse specific skills?

Good question. The software auto endorses skills located at the very top of the user’s LinkedIn profile.

Can I use other applications on my device while Octopus is working?

You can use other applications or switch to other tabs in your browser while Octopus is up and running. Your manual actions won’t affect the tool’s work.

Do you issue invoices for the service paid?
